Getting here
Flying
A pricey Uber or Lyft ride from either IAH or Hobby (HOU) can add up quickly. Getting an Uber, Lyft, or cab to and from the hotel should run around $30-50, depending on your stay. You may pay more if you're flying into IAH, since it's farther from the city than Hobby.
Getting around
Houston doesn't have the kind of walkable public transit you'll find in other cities, so we highly suggest getting a rental car to eliminate any stress getting around. Ubers and Lyfts are always an option too, but rides can add up quickly depending on how much you're getting around. Depending on where you're staying, some areas may be walkable, but having your own car will make getting to and from the venue much easier.
